EGYPT AND SUDAN 1882-89, REVERSE UNDATED, 3 CLASPS, EL-TEB-TAMAAI, THE NILE 1884-85, ABU KLEA ‘2389. PTE. G. KERSLAKE. 19TH. HUSSARS.’, KHEDIVE’S STAR 1884-6, UNNAMED.

George William Kerslake, a 20 year old Labourer from Marylebone, London, enlisted into the 19th Hussars on 22 November 1882. He served in Egypt and the Sudan between 18 December 1883 and 5 June 1886, taking part in the battles of El Teb, Tamaai and the battle of Abu Klea (medals and clasps confirmed). He was discharged from the army on 21 November 1889 and from the reserve on 21 November 1894.

Condition the usual contact marks, naming clear NVF or better.
