Full medal write up
Italian 1916 Model Adrian helmet, being of two piece construction with welded crest as manufactured by the Italians, as opposed a French produced Adrian helmet supplied to the Italian Army from 1915.
Helmet painted Italian grey/green with a black stencilled unit insignia to the front. There are a few minor knocks to the helmet and some loss of paint through ageing, but its condition is still very good.
Liner is in excellent condition with no damage. Chinstrap is complete but has been nibbled sat by a rodent or such, resulting in the section to the left of the buckle being thinner.
