An attractive ww1 propeller picture frame which measures: Height 33cm, with at top 11cm, width at bottom 18cm. A wooden plate with stand filling screw to the reverse. The foot to the leading edge which was obviously just a few mm thin has broken away, however the frame still sits level when displayed standing.
The size of the propeller is makes it certainly from a single seater fighter possibly and the shape suggests its possibly by Sage, which would be Sopwith Pup, Sopwith Triplane etc.
An attractive display piece.
